Abstract:
The present report is a detailed assessment of water supply system for the city of Oni. It includes a description of the system, identification of existing hazards to drinking water quality, their sources and related hazardous events/situations and/or sources for hazards together with water safety risk assessments. In addition, the report includes a list of recommended control measures to avoid and/or mitigate risks, together with management and monitoring measures, description of the methodology used to gather data of the existing water supply system, identification of hazards, assessment of their risks and determining control measures. The report will serve as a basis for developing the WSP for the water supply system of the city of Oni in accordance with WHO guidelines.1
