Nancy Liebman is a former Miami Beach Commissioner and director of the Miami Design Preservation League. Nancy talks about her community activism, beginning with her involvement in child advocacy and PTA issues on Miami Beach, her work with Barbara Capitman in her campaign to establish the Art Deco district, her work as Chair of the M.B. Historic Preservation Board and as a City Commissioner. She talks about the challenge of getting Art Basel to base its winter exhibition on Miami Beach.
