Summary:
Carbon copy of an unsigned indenture of conveyance between Dana A Dorsey and Rebecca Dorsey and the Board of Public Instruction for the County of Dade for the sum of $1 for a parcel of land to be used for the education of the colored race. Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) f the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Fifty-three (53) South of Range Forty-one (41) East, less that certain strip heretofore conveyed by the grantors herein to Florida East Coast Railway Company, a Florida Corporation, as a railroad right of way, by Deed dated May 14, 1924, and recorded in Deed Book 424, Page 203, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and less a parcel of land 100 feet square described as beginning at the point where the East and West Center line of the tract herein conveyed intersects the West Boundary Line o said tract; thence proceed North along said West Boundary Line a distance of 50 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence North along said West Boundary Line 50 feet to the point of beginning; the tract herein conveyed containing approximately Seven (7) Acres.
