Lots seven and eight of Section twenty-two and the fractional Section twenty-three in Township eight south of Range thirty east of the Tallahassee, Meridian, Florida, Containing seventy-eight acres and ninety-two hundredths of an acre. The entire strip of land is bounded by repairing rights to water on the Atlantic Ocean, bounded on the West by the Mantansas River.
