General Note:

Before development the ridge east of the mangrove forest was covered with palmetto and cabbage palms. Series includes 1900's black and white photocopied copies of the Claude Matlack's Collection, Carl Fisher's personal photographer. Most of the glossy photographs taken by Matlack were donated to the Historical Society of South Florida. Hi-45. (HASF - 156-12)
