The Miami AIDS Memorials Project aims to raise public awareness of the impact of the HIV epidemic on South Florida, in the past as well as the present. Through oral histories, archival research, and community convenings, the project highlights the specific ways that HIV has impacted Miami, and provides a space for Miamians from all walks of life to remember those lost to the disease. This collection comprises oral histories and other interviews, photographs from Miami AIDS Memorials Project events, and other research materials gathered over the course of the project.
