Notes

General Note:
[Sunnyside Hotel was originally constructed by Thomas F. House in 1876 on land purchased from Dr. Andrew Anderson. It sat on land that was eventually purchased by Henry Flagler for his Ponce de Leon Hotel. He had the structure moved to across the street (on the future site of the Casa Monica). When Franklin W. Smith started construction on the Casa Monica Hotel he donated the house to residents in the West Augustine (New Augustine) area. A quadrant of the original Sunnyside Hotel still stands at 525 West King Street and is known as the Demps House, after Reverend Moses Demps (of the St. James Baptist Church) who lived in the house.]; [This image appears to be a detail from a stereoview that showed a more complete view of the hotel]; SUNNYSIDE HOUSE; KING + TOLOMATO (CORDOVA); From Clement Slade; not for commercial use
