Scope and Content:
Studio portrait of Mary Amanda Watlington Johnson taken on Oct. 24, 1916. She was the wife of Key doctor/druggist Charles Edwin Johnson and bore him 7 children, including the the first female Mayor of Key West, Emeline (Lena) Johnson. The Johnsons lived on Division Street (now Truman Ave.) before there were house numbers. From the Johnson/Watlington collection.
