Scope and Content:

Built in 1897 by Dr. J. Vining Harris, this house in Chase on Sugarloaf Key later bought by the Chase family while they were trying to grow sponges in the waters. Later the Perky family purchased the house, which still stands today. A gift of Pat Parks.
