May 1, 1970 Miami Beach April 23, 1970 Charter and Bond Election Fact Sheet - Miami Beach voters will decide on 10 Charter Amendments, 10 Bond Issues, one Proposal and one Advisory Referendum at the April 23,1970 Municipal Election - Questions listed re: conveying to the Miami Beach Housing Authority parcels of land, Lots 15 through 20, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3; abolishing the existing five member Board of Adjustment and create a new seven member Board of Adjustment; Shall the City Charter be amended so as to provide that the candidates for the Office of Councilman and Mayor shall file with the City Clerk within thirty days after each primary and general election in which he is a candidate a sworn statement setting forth the name of all contributors to his campaign, etc. Miami Beach Public Library Reference Department.
