Notes
Abstract:
Photograph of the Halcyon Hotel, a Miami landmark built in 1906 and demolished in 1937 to be replaced by the DuPont building. Its turreted design gave it the appearance of a French chateau, and it is said that Stanford White (American, 1853-1906) sketched the general outline for the builder
