Written on Verso: "HELLO, WORLD!: A baby Siamese crocodile is pictured emerging from its shell at the new Miami Metrozoo. Siamese crocodiles may be extinct in the wild, and Metrozoo is the first in the Western Hemisphere to breed the rare reptile in captivity. Metrozoo won the Edward Ha Bean award (zoodom's "Oscar") from the American Association of Zoological Parks and aquariums in 1983 for its crocodilian breeding program. Metrozoo is a cageless, new zoo featuring open, natural exhibits for its exotic animals.
