Abstract:
An interview with photojournalist Bob Gomel, who took the famous photographs of Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay), Malcom X, and others at the Hampton House Motel and VIllas the night of February 25, 1964. Gomel is interviewed by Jacqui Colyer, Chairwoman of the Board for the Historic Hampton House. This interview was conducted during the inaugural "The Greatest Weekend" commemorating the 58th anniversary of Ali's victory over Sonny Liston, and the subsequent afterparty at the Hampton House captured in Mr. Gomel's photos.
