General Note:
Opening day festivities for the bank features a large group of people in front of building with Grecian portico with Corinthian columns. Kelsey City was a planned community in Florida, established in 1920, but failed in 1928. It changed its name to Lake Park in 1939. The Kelsey City State Bank was opened on 17 February 1925 and failed in June 1928.
