Notes
General Note:
Mediterranean Revival style, 104 SE 5th Ave., built 1926. Former home of the pioneer Vaiden Greene Weaver and Ava Dewey Weaver family. House features medallions, scuppers, ornamental door surround, double-hung sash windows, chimney with decorative cap. Historical note: V.G. Weaver was a farmer and dry goods store owner, and Ava Weaver (1893-1995) was a teacher.
