March 26, 1987 Color photographs of the Justice Center Opening, with over 50 photographs of elected officials and citizens attending the ceremony, among them, Saul Gross, Melvin Richard, Sidney Weisburd, Bruce Singer, Harold Rosen, Alex Daoud, Abe Resnick, Stanley Arkin, Ben Grenald, police officers, Malcolm Fromberg, Rob Parkins, City Manager, Elaine Weisburd, Air Rescue helicopters and officers climbing down the side of the building. There is also one color photograph of Old City Hall.
