Abstract:: Typed on back: Looking North, shopping center in center of photograph. 20 stores have been added since this picture was taken. Catholic school property in right center. Lower right-hand corner shows cleared area which is now covered with about 500 houses. Running from left to right, near the center of the picture, and forming the North boundary of Lake Forest, is Hallandale Beach Blvd. which is a main artery, running from the ocean to Collins Ave., U.S. 1 (W. Dixie Hwy) Road 9, super Highway, Road 7 (U.S. 441), and the Sunshine State Turnpike.
